What distinguishes our cuisine is the quality of the raw materials, exhibiting a menu of refined invention and natural typicality at breakfast as well as at dinner. Our Chef Piero Conti, in fact, has carte blanche on the careful selection of the best fresh products including meat and fish and vegetables, for example the best fresh catch of the day or the best untreated meats, seasonal and zero-kilometer vegetables and fruit.

A very welcome novelty: it is also possible to have breakfast and dinner on the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the sea.
Lunch
At lunch, lightness and freshness triumph in the brunch buffet (with entry time from 12:15 to 13:15), with a variety of raw vegetables, salads to be composed at will with over 11 ingredients, piadine from Romagna, platter with cold cuts, fresh cheeses at zero km, pizza, a different first heat every day, seasonal fruit and ice cream.

Then ask for yours box lunch, instead of the brunch buffet, to enjoy your break directly under the umbrella (if you have booked full board).
Dinner
offers carefully prepared menus “made in Romagna” revisited in a modern key alternating with gourmet menus.
At dinner you can choose your favourite dishes directly at the table à la carte, from a meat menu, fish menu, vegetarian menu and “special edition” menu, which will be served at your table. You can choose your starters, vegetables, salads and side dishes from the buffet, as well as homemade desserts, fresh seasonal fruit and ice cream.
The Gala dinner and the Romagna dinner will be our special evenings!
In the morning, instead, a fantastic breakfast awaits you! You can take place in the private dining room or on the new outdoor terrace overlooking the beach. Here we will delight your palate with a sweet and savory buffet: donuts, homemade pies, hot croissants and fresh pastries, sliced ham and genuine cheeses, omelette, frankfurters, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, fruit juices, mixed yogurt, cereals , jams, biscuits, fresh and seasonal fruit in syrup, crêpes filled with Nutella or custard and, above all, cafeteria express as at the bar.
Once a week the Gala dinner with fish-based courses awaits you which will end with the great dessert buffet and sparkling wine tasting served in the new terrace overlooking the sea, once a week the Romagna candlelit dinner will be the triumph of piadina, homemade tagliatelle, grilled meat, leg of pork in porchetta, grilled sardines, and many other local delicacies.
Ca’Bianca is a very tidy and nice hotel by the beach. We had a junior suite with a balcony towards the beach. The room was big enough for 3.
Parking was close to the hotel and the beach is just there, also common beach. The chairs at the beach were 50€ for two beds/all day and 25€ for half a had.
The breakfast was ok, but there was nothing fresh. Some vegetables would have been nice
